We know it’s hard to keep track of all of your medications.
Your House Call Doctor will:

Go
through all of your medicines with you in your home,
then contact your Office Doctor to update your
prescriptions.
– You don’t have to worry about remembering to bring a list
of all your medicine to your doctor’s office because the
doctor comes to your home.
• Help you to practice prescription drug safety:
– Make sure you are taking your medicines correctly
– Throw away old and expired prescriptions
– Check for any harmful drug reactions
• Talk to you about any side effects you may have with a
particular medication or combination of drugs.
As
always, your House Call Doctor will spend as much time with you as needed to talk about your medicine.
